ABOUT ME

I am a very passionate private chef and mum of 3 boys... both an equally messy job!

My love for cooking began long before I became a mum… it was cooking for family & friends back in my home country, Argentina, that started this adventure.. I bought my passion for food with me to London and sought to surround myself with the best in the business.

 

I graduated from Gordon Ramsay cooking school in Woking back in 2011 with a Professional Chef diploma from Le Cordon Bleu. I then worked at the Italian restaurant, Lanima for 3 years under top Italian chef Francesco Massei, who I learnt so much from and owe so much to. Since then I have enjoyed various adventures that the industry have sent my way, including featuring on Celebrity Master Chef in 2012 and collaborating with Taste of London. More recently I completed a cupcake course at the renowned bakery Peggy Porchen and a PME in cake decoration at the Annabel Jane Cake School in Kent.

Since then, life has gifted me with 3 beautiful boys! Learning from the best made me realise that working in the industry whilst also starting a family would be a nearly impossible task, but the chef in me did not want to put my apron down for good! 

 

Born from this dilemma, hosting private events, supper clubs and baking celebration cakes, gives me the opportunity to keep my passion alive and spread the joy of delicious food whilst also being the best mum I can be to my boys!.
